Session Description: Did you come from a background other than recreation? Come learn how to integrate your experience and transfer your skill set into parks and recreation. Participate in a lively and open discussion around using your strengths within the field, how having a different viewpoint can benefit your organization, and avoiding the pitfalls of imposter syndrome.
