    Moses Cortez has been in the parks and recreation profession for over 12 years and has experience in Parks Maintenance to Facilities, Parks and Trails. Moses currently oversees the Urban Forest as well as manages the Park Ranger Program. In addition to managing 3 current Parks Master Plans, all scheduled to be delivered on Summer 2023.
