    Irving Moreno

    Irving Moreno is the Recreation Facility Director for the PlayLA Adaptive Sports Program. He graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Irving is also a certified EMT with the State of California. He has worked on several adaptive sports projects in his career and is currently in charge of the Para Equestrian Program for PlayLA. Irving started his employment with the City of Los Angeles working at Recreation Centers in the San Fernando Valley and eventually was asked to be one of the first employees to begin implementation of the $160 M PlayLA program.
