    Bobbi Nance is an expert at making real change work for real life. Much of her work centers around using data, evaluation, and strategy to help park and recreation professionals and their teams discover new opportunities and untapped resources. But Bobbi’s real superpower is her knack for making that same work engaging, relatable, and most importantly, achievable. She’s regularly described as both “passionate and practical,” and she brings that unique mix of energy and expertise to every project and workshop she is involved with, giving people the tools to improve along with the confidence to move.

    Bobbi looks for any opportunity to make an impact, whether its through her consulting company, Recreation Results, or while speaking at conferences, schools, and workshops across North America, including NRPA, Athletic Business, American Camping Association, or Oglebay’s Revenue Development & Management School and NRPA’s Directors School. She loves finding new ways to combine her energy and experience to keep work fun and approachable while still focusing heavily on creating results using the same forward-thinking, momentum-building work that she was recognized for during her previous park and recreation career with the Havlick Award for Innovation in Local Government.
