    Jasmine Sullivan-Waits has served the City of Palm Springs in various roles in the Department of Parks & Recreation for over 17 years. She earned her B.A. and Master of Public Administration with a concentration in Leadership from California State University San Bernardino. She currently serves the City of Palm Springs as the Parks & Recreation Manager overseeing multiple divisions in the department including the Office of Special Events.
