Priya Sodha is the CEO & Leadership Trainer for Innergem, a training and development company that facilitates high impact sessions & retreats for groups. She holds a Masters in Organizational Change Management from The New School & a BA in Sociology from CSULB, with an emphasis in Group Interactions. She is has also been leading Diversity, Equity & Inclusion trainings for companies, globally, as she is an instructor with the Public Sector Network. In addition to her professional degrees, Priya is also a Zumba & Yoga instructor and currently teaches for the City of Ontario.
She has presented at various CPRS conferences before on topics such as Managing vs. Coaching, Self Promotion & Professional Branding. She leverages storytelling from her lived experiences to empower individuals to tap into their inner potential. She truly believes everyone is capability of great leadership. She was previously an Executive Director for The Business Alliance, Director of DEI & Career Services in education and has 15 years of experience leading teams. Her ultimate goal is to build confidence in teams & individuals through engaging workshops that bridge connection & community. Currently, she runs DEI workshops & Effective Mananagement Group Training Programs for city employees across Southern California.
Priya currently lives in Ontario, California & in her spare time, you can find her booking flights to different countries or running in the park with her puppy, Zuri.
