    Henry G. Castillo is an attorney in Best Best & Krieger’s Municipal Law practice group. Having gained first-hand knowledge of the legislative process on a variety of public policy issues from his years serving elected officials at the state level, he brings valuable experience and insight to his local public agency clients. Henry advises public clients on contracting, conflict of interest issues, the Brown Act, constitutional law and more. He has extensive experience working for the California State Senate in both legislative and district capacities. Henry is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
