Session Description: Music has had such a powerful way to impact us throughout our lives. A single note or chorus can take us back to some great memories, great people, and great places. Unfortunately, music can also take us back to some not-so-great times as well. Similarly, different leadership styles and approaches can have the same effect on us and our staff. So, what JAM are you playing with your leadership?
Learning Objectives:
Upon completion, participants will be able to identify various leadership approaches and the effects they can have on their organizational team.
Participants will be able to be more cognizant of their impact on their direct reports and their upper management.
Participants will be able to demonstrate how their past experiences shaped their leadership style and the impact it made on those around them.
