Session Description: The flag version of the sport of Rugby that can be played on any flat surface with adequate space.The midway point between soccer and American football; add the 3rd most popular sport worldwide to your curriculum. Players play both defense and offense, and anyone can score. Great for kids of all ages and athletic ability.

Upon completion, participants will be able to comfortably offer flag rugby in their program
Upon completion, participants will be able to add a few fun games to their curriculum outside of rugby.
